You must read and agree to the liability waiver below before using our pool. This is a legal document that affects your rights. By completing this form, you're agreeing on behalf of yourself and all household members who will use the pool.

Swimming Pool Liability Waiver and Release *

Assumption of risk and acknowledgment

I understand and acknowledge that:

Swimming and pool activities involve inherent and obvious risks of serious bodily injury, disability, or death
NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE PRESENT during my use of the pool at any time
The pool owner(s) are not providing supervision, safety monitoring, or rescue services
I am voluntarily participating in swimming and pool activities with full knowledge of these risks
I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of any minors under my supervision

Clear and unequivocal release from liability

BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I CLEARLY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY AGREE TO:

RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS the pool owners and all members of their household from:

Any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action
ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE of the pool owners
ALL CLAIMS FOR NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSIONS related to pool maintenance, supervision, or safety
Any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may arise from my use of the pool

I EXPRESSLY AGREE that this release covers liability for the NEGLIGENCE of the pool owners.

I understand that I am giving up my right to sue or make any claim for injuries or damages, including death, that may result from the pool owners' NEGLIGENCE in connection with my use of their swimming pool.

Scope of this waiver

This waiver applies to and releases liability for myself and all household members and guests I invite to use the pool. I am authorized to bind all members of my household to these terms and conditions.

Pool safety rules and conditions

I agree to:

Swim at my own risk with NO LIFEGUARD SUPERVISION
Follow all safety guidelines and posted rules
NEVER SWIM ALONE — always use the buddy system
Provide constant supervision of any children under 18 years old
Not use the pool while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Exit the pool immediately during severe weather or unsafe conditions

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the pool owners from any claims brought by myself, my household family members, or any guests for whom I am responsible, arising from the use of the pool.

Voluntary agreement

I have read this waiver carefully and understand its contents. I am signing it voluntarily on behalf of myself and all household members who will use this pool. I understand this waiver prevents me and my household members from recovering damages for injuries caused by the NEGLIGENCE of the pool owners.
